Welcome to Look and Roar Art Studio. By placing an order through our website (lookandroar.com), signing up through our Google Form, or purchasing through any of our official channels, you agree to the following terms. We have written these as clearly and simply as we can.
1. About Us
Look and Roar Art Studio is a sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in Cebu City, Philippines.

2. Products and Services
Look and Roar Art Studio creates handmade, faith-centered art and stationery. Our products include art prints, original paintings, zines, shadowboxes, paper terrariums, stickers, posters, and Little Prayer Post.
Little Prayer Post is a monthly snail mail envelope containing a character letter, art print/ postcard, prayer card, Bible journal prompts card, 3 die-cut stickers, and a letter.
Our products are original works created by hand. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and print quality are part of what makes each piece personal. These are not defects.
3. Pricing and Payment
Product prices are listed on our website and official channels at the time of purchase.
Little Prayer Post is available at the following prices:
- Local (Philippines): PHP 490 per month
- International: USD 17 per month
Little Prayer Post pricing is inclusive of the envelope and all its contents. Postage and shipping fees are handled separately where applicable. Prices for other products are listed individually on their product pages.
We accept payment through GCash, BPI bank transfer, and Shopify checkout (for credit/debit card and other supported methods).
All prices are subject to change. Any price changes will apply only to future orders and will be communicated in advance.
4. Orders and Sign-Up
Monthly editions have a cutoff date, typically on or before the last day of the month preceding the edition month (for example, April 30 for the May edition). Orders received after the cutoff will be enrolled for the following month's edition.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you have provided (name, shipping address, contact details) is accurate and complete. Please double-check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for envelopes sent to incorrect addresses due to errors in the information provided by the buyer.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Local (Philippines): Envelopes are shipped via PHLPost (Philippine Postal Corporation), LBC, or hand-delivered within Cebu City, depending on the subscriber's location. Delivery times vary depending on your area. PHLPost domestic mail typically takes 5 to 14 business days, though delays may occur during holidays or peak periods.
International: Envelopes are shipped via PHLPost regular airmail (untracked). International delivery times vary by destination and may take 4 to 6 weeks. Because international mail is untracked, we are unable to provide tracking numbers for international shipments.
We do our best to mail all envelopes within the first two weeks of each edition month. However, because our products are handmade and assembled by a small team, exact mailing dates may shift slightly.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because our products are handmade with limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to make it right, through a replacement item or a partial refund, depending on the situation and available inventory.
For Little Prayer Post: if your envelope does not arrive, please contact us so we can investigate. For domestic shipments, we will coordinate with PHLPost. For international shipments sent via untracked mail, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery or issue refunds for mail lost in transit, though we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
For all other products: if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please reach out and we will help resolve the issue.

7. Invoicing and Receipts
A Non-VAT Sales Invoice will be issued for each transaction in accordance with BIR regulations. For local buyers, the invoice will reflect the peso amount. For international buyers, the invoice will reflect the peso equivalent at the time of the transaction.
If you need a copy of your invoice, please contact us and we will be happy to provide one.
8. Subscriptions
At this time, Little Prayer Post is offered on a month-to-month basis. There is no long-term commitment required. If and when we introduce a recurring subscription option, subscribers will be notified in advance and will have the choice to opt in.
Subscribers may cancel at any time before the next month's cutoff date. Cancellations made after the cutoff will take effect the following month.
9. Intellectual Property
All illustrations, characters (including Look and Roar), text, designs, and other creative content produced by Look and Roar Art Studio are the intellectual property of Cherry Lynn M. Cabale, unless otherwise stated.
You are welcome to share photos of your Little Prayer Post contents on social media. We love seeing that. However, please do not reproduce, scan, reprint, or resell any of the contents for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order: your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order (for example, sharing your address with PHLPost for shipping).
If you sign up for our email list through Klaviyo, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

11. Limitation of Liability
Look and Roar Art Studio is a small, handmade business. While we put great care into every envelope, we cannot guarantee that postal services will deliver on time or without incident. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and the E-Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will post the updated version on our website and note the date of the last update. Continued use of our products or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
