2. What Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to process your order and communicate with you. This includes:
When you place an order or sign up: your full name, shipping address, email address, phone number (if provided), and payment confirmation details.
When you pay through our website: your payment is processed by PayMongo, our third-party payment processor integrated with Shopify. We do not see, store, or have access to your credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details. PayMongo handles all payment data directly. For payments made through GCash or BPI bank transfer, we receive only the payment confirmation or reference number.
When you sign up through Google Forms: your name, email address, shipping address, and any other information you provide in the form.
When you subscribe to our email list: your email address and, if provided, your name and birthday month.
When you contact us: any information you include in your message (via email, Instagram DM, or other channels).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
To process and fulfill your orders, including assembling, addressing, and shipping your Little Prayer Post envelope or other products.
To communicate with you about your order, shipping updates, and any issues related to your purchase.
To send you email updates and announcements through Klaviyo, our email marketing platform, if you have opted in to receive them.
To improve our products and services based on feedback and purchasing patterns.
To comply with legal and tax obligations, including issuing Non-VAT Sales Invoices as required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
4. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
We share your information only with the following parties, and only to the extent necessary to fulfill your order or meet legal requirements:
Shopify hosts our online store. When you browse or purchase from our website, Shopify processes and stores your order data on our behalf. You can review Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
PayMongo processes credit card, debit card, and other electronic payments made through our Shopify checkout. PayMongo receives your payment information directly and does not share your full card details with us. You can review PayMongo's privacy policy at paymongo.com/privacy.

PHLPost (Philippine Postal Corporation) delivers our envelopes and packages. We provide your name and shipping address to PHLPost for delivery purposes.

Google (Google Forms) is used for initial sign-ups and surveys. Information submitted through Google Forms is stored in our Google account. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR): We may share transaction records with the BIR as required by Philippine tax law.
5. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These include:
Limiting access to customer data to only the people who need it to fulfill orders (the studio proprietor and authorized team members).
Using secure, password-protected accounts for all platforms that store customer data (Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, email).
Not storing sensitive payment information (credit card numbers, bank account details) on our own devices or systems.
For physical records such as order lists and shipping labels, we store these securely and dispose of them properly when no longer needed.
While we do our best to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to handling your information with care.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including:
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required by Philippine tax law (currently up to 10 years for BIR compliance purposes).
Email subscriber information is kept for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your information will be removed from our active mailing list.
Shipping records and customer correspondence are kept for a reasonable period to handle any follow-up questions or concerns, and then securely deleted.
